..has been one of the best days I’ve had in awhile.

I got up, watched a bit of Cops (as my ritual for the last week or so has dictated) and gathered all the things I needed to get my learner’s permit renewed, went in to Curtin to catch up with my boss (I go back to work on Monday) and finally made my way in to the licensing center.

When I got there, I found that I didn’t have to re-do the test and they just gave me a renewed permit (great success!), so I headed in to the city because I was meeting people at Durty Nelly’s. I was early, so I cruised over to Tiger, Tiger, had a coffee and read some of 11.22.63, then cruised over to Nelly’s at 5.

Chilled out for a bit with friends, then my friend Tom brought this girl Ebony along, she was mega cute, funny, cool and she told Col and Tom that she thought I was cute.. So on the way home I felt like a school girl. So I gotta figure out how I’m going to see her again, because I didn’t see her when she left

Then I get home and find my mae CDs that I ordered like two months ago finally got here! So right now, I’m sitting watching my favourite band’s live DVD, feeling like I did the first time I ever listened to The Everglow and I couldn’t be happier with how today went.
