Most people on tumblr won’t reblog this because it doesn’t “fit” their blog. 

Well, this baby girl has a disease. It’s a cancer that is slowly eating up her body. Its called Necrotizing Fasciitis (Flesh-Eating Bacteria). She is currently under serious condition. This was put on tumblr to be reblogged for donations. Each reblog is equivalent to $1. The more reblogs, the more money goes for her treatment. Every 4 hours a child dies from cancer. I am praying for her.

What if this baby was your daughter/sister/niece .. etc. How would you feel?

Okay, I had to re-blog this without the pictures because to be quite frank, I find it disgusting that people would “reblog” pictures of a semi-naked baby.

Let’s start off with the first thing that’s wrong with this, Necrotizing Fasciitis is NOT a form of cancer, in fact it isn’t even a specific thing, it’s a general term for bacteria that eat flesh and is caused by an infection.

Two, reblogging stuff like this does roughly fuck all. They know how to combat the disease already, it’s not like it’s “raising awareness” so that more people can know about it and help find a cure. How the hell would reblogging be equivalent to providing a $1 donation? Who’s giving this money? Because it sure as shit isn’t the people who are reblogging, because there is NO MENTION OF HOW YOU WOULD DONATE TO THE TREATMENT OF THE PICTURED BABY.

I’m not sure where that statistic comes from, it could be accurate, but more likely it got pulled out of the person who originally wrote this garbage’s ass.

Pray? Why don’t you actually do something that has a demonstrable affect on the world around you like donate some money rather than sitting on your ass and babbling to your imaginary friend? I bet you’re the kind of person who would, if this person was your relative and was cured, thank God rather than the team of healthcare professionals who studied hard and work even harder to save people’s lives.

It disgusts me that someone would make the above post up just to grab some attention, because that’s exactly why they’ve done it.

Edit: Oh and I’d like to add, if you believe in God, you’d also believe that he was the one that did this to the baby, looks like it was already “blessed”. Fucking. Disgusting.
