So I was telling the dentist today that I usually wake up with a massive click in my jaw which is annoying. She said “Do you grind your teeth or clench your jaw while you sleep?” “Well, I’m not sure.. because I’m asleep when this could potentially be happening” “Oh.. well perhaps you could check if you wake up in the middle of the night one night?”...

In case you were wondering, the flight was long, tiring and filled with Italian people that I had to help order food for (remembering random words from high school Italian pays off) after helping with their bags.
